Originally the steading for Bridgend Farm, a stunning 19th Century B-listed building, Champfleurie Mews was renovated into six completely unique houses, finished to the highest standard and tailored to the requests of each family. Underfloor heating, programmable mood-lighting, exposed beams and wood burning stoves mean that these houses are still written about in the press as "exciting and unique opportunities" when they appear on the market from time to time.
The renovation of Bridgend's Victorian primary school into fourteen contemporary apartments was perhaps our most interesting project to date. No conversion is ever simple, but the height of the windows, and the shape of this building presented quite an architectural challenge. Raised living rooms, mezzanines and dressing rooms were the result of our endeavour to producing modern apartments with character and style in this historic building.
